We will ship to the address provided in the shipping details—please ensure that the information is correct. All returned orders must be shipped at your own expense.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, a refund or exchange is no longer possible.

We also cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the proposed time frame, even though we strive to do so. Please note that a delayed delivery is not grounds for requesting a refund.
