Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes cannot be made. However, you can return the order for a full refund after you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Orders within the UK typically take 6 to 12 business days to arrive once they have been shipped.

For UK deliveries, there are no additional customs fees or taxes. The prices displayed on our website are all in British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of VAT.
